Budget Redesign Steering Committee


From January to early August 2015, the Budget Redesign Steering Committee oversaw financial modeling, and consensus building for a new budget model. Starting in the fall of 2015, the committee co-chairs began working with key finance and budget leaders to develop the requisite budget infrastructure needed for implementation of the new model.

Operational Review Steering Committee


From January to June 2015, the Operational Review Steering Committee oversaw the first wave of efforts to identify and prioritize opportunities, and then to develop business cases, which were then reviewed and approved by the President’s Cabinet. In fall 2015, the committee co-chairs began working with responsible persons to implement the initiatives. A few additional opportunities are being reviewed for more cost savings.
